Executive Coaching

Twenty years ago I got involved in mentoring startups and have loved doing that ever since both as part of my work and as part of my passion for giving back to those attempting to impact the world through innovation.

Fifteen years ago I became a trusted advisor to governments, international organizations and non-profits on their digital transformation journeys.

Ten years ago, I started digitally transforming the humanitarian sector while working for a consortium of 60 leading NGOs, leading the technology focused humanitarian response operations in most of the largest disasters and crisis of the past decade.

Five years ago I led the digital transformation of the oldest investment bank in the Nordics as their Chief Technology Officer, learning the importance of addressing not just the technological and process aspect of the digital transformation journey, but also focus on the people transformation aspect.

Over the past two years, I led the digital transformation of one of the largest social enterprises in sub-Saharan Africa in the role of Chief Technology Officer. In the midst of a global pandemic, we were able to leverage an accelerated technological transformation to continue our operations in some of the most austere environment possible.

Throughout my career, I have mentored founders, I have advised CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, executive directors, and government officials. I have sat on boards of organizations around the world. I have spoken and over a hundred conferences. I have mentored and guided startups in numerous accelerators in Silicon Valley, Nordics, and Africa.

When I reflected back on my career over the past twenty years, I realized that what all of those people I helped had praised me for, was how I helped them make the impact they longed for through guiding and coaching them towards realizing their full potential. This is what led me down the path of executive coaching, providing the transformational leaders of today with the tools and capacity to build the transformative society of tomorrow.
